Whatever is produced of the Complete Whole is also complete in itself. Because He is the Complete Whole, even though so many complete units emanate from Him, He remains the complete balance. These teachings of yoga are thus open to all regardless of their particular religious beliefs. Very creative use of the practice of त्रतक Trataka-fixed gazing, one of the षट् कर्म क्रिया ṣaṭ karma kriyā. Never ceases to amaze me the flexibility and scope of application of Yoga to all belief systems. Reminds me of the sanskrit mantra one of the many that bears the name शान्ति मन्त्र śānti mantra
